It varies by city and season. Installers in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne typically receive 2–8 qualified leads per month during peak season (September–March). Regional areas see lower volumes. We'll give you a realistic estimate during the application process.
▶ Do I have to accept every lead?
No — you can choose which leads to pursue. If a project is outside your capacity or you're fully booked, you can pass. We won't charge you for leads you don't pursue.
▶ What if the homeowner isn't serious?
Our lead qualification process filters out casual browsers — homeowners who request quotes have typically read multiple guides. If you consistently receive unqualified leads, contact us and we'll investigate.
▶ Can homeowners leave reviews?
Yes. After a project is completed, we invite homeowners to leave a review on your profile page. Reviews help future homeowners find and trust you.
▶ Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No long-term contracts. You can pause or stop receiving leads at any time without penalty.
▶ What happens if my licence or insurance lapses?
You must notify us immediately. We'll pause your lead delivery until your credentials are renewed and verified.
